We deliver to all areas of Mainland UK. Our goal is to use courier services that offer the best value for money, reliability, and efficiency. We continually monitor our delivery partners to ensure you receive the best service.

Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 4 PM (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability, security checks, and payment verification.

Please ensure that the telephone number provided is correct, as we may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order.
Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Shipping Methods & Tracking
All our delivery partners provide full tracking information and estimated delivery time windows.

DPD Delivery Service
We use DPD’s PIN code delivery system for enhanced tracking and security.

A PIN number will be sent to you by DPD, which must be provided to the courier upon delivery.
Parcels cannot be left in a safe place.
DPD will attempt two deliveries and notify you. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.
If your parcel is returned, you will be required to pay the delivery cost again, as well as the return fee (as we are charged for the return).
DPD Next Day Service (Monday – Friday delivery)

£10.00 (Up to 20kg)
98% of packages arrive the next day.
Fully tracked service.
Available for Mainland UK only.
Some remote locations may be served by Royal Mail Tracked Services (next-day delivery is not guaranteed).
UPS Delivery Service
UPS ensures secure and efficient delivery of wholesale orders with advanced tracking capabilities and real-time delivery updates via the UPS app.

Failed Delivery: After two unsuccessful attempts, UPS will notify you, and the parcel will be returned.
Re-delivery will incur an additional charge for both the return and new delivery.
UPS Next Day Service (Monday – Friday delivery)

98% success rate for next-day delivery.
Available for Mainland UK only.

Parcel Weight & Size Restrictions
If your parcel exceeds the weight or size limits imposed by our courier partners, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier at no extra cost to you.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
Please check your tracking information before contacting us regarding delivery delays.
Allow additional time for deliveries during adverse weather conditions or busy seasonal periods.
