Trade-Only Supply

We operate strictly as a trade-only supplier. If we suspect an order is for personal use, we reserve the right to refuse supply. Additional proof of trading may be required, including but not limited to:

• VAT Number
• Company Registration Number
• Utility Bills or Other Business Documentation

Business Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Bank Holidays: Open (couriers do not collect on these days)
• Christmas & New Year Hours: Updated annually and subject to change

Pricing & Product Specifications

• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Item specifications (size, shape, etc.) may vary slightly from advertised descriptions.

Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Piperfinn Ltd T/A PuffBlow until full payment is received.

Order Cancellations & Restocking Fees

• If an order is placed and later cancelled, a 10% restocking fee will apply if the order has already been packed for shipping.

Payment Terms

• We do not offer credit terms.
• Payments must be made via bank transfer before dispatch.

Marketing & Mailing List

• By agreeing to our terms, you consent to being added to our mailing list for promotional offers and product updates.
• You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in our emails.

Minimum Order Value

• Our minimum order requirement is £499 (excluding VAT).

Breakages & Shortages

• Report all breakages/shortages within 2 days of delivery. Claims cannot be processed after this period.
• Proof of breakages must be provided via email with photo evidence.
• If your parcel arrives damaged, sign for it as “damaged” to facilitate courier claims.

VAT & Pricing

• All prices are exclusive of VAT (charged at the current rate).

Call Recording

• All telephone calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Out-of-Stock Items

• If any item in your order is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.

Order Changes

• If you request changes to your order after placement, we will accommodate them where possible.
• If the order has already been packed, changes are at our discretion and may incur restocking fees.
